work from Aurora University in Illinois. She has  experience working with

children, teens, families, and adults. She also has a desire to help couples who

are struggling in their relationships. Ashley uses a compassion-focused and

trauma-informed approach to help clients disconnect from limiting beliefs,

ineffective behaviors, and addictive patterns and replace them with the

tools they need to create a life worth living. She embraces faith-based

counseling and believes that every person is born with an innate desire to

fulfill the God-given purpose of his or her life. Her encouraging style supports

clients in establishing the confidence they need to truly enjoy life.

Passion and Vision

Psalms 107:29-31 (NLT) He calmed the storm to a whisper and stilled the

waves. What a blessing was that stillness as he brought them safely into

harbor! Let them praise the LORD for his great love and for the wonderful

things he has done for them.

“Life can feel like a series of storms. It's natural to feel alone or exhausted

at times. As a therapist, my passion and vision is to encourage you and

support you in discovering how to utilize life’s challenges to build calm inner

strength and increase emotional resiliency. It brings me joy to walk

alongside you as you grow emotionally and spiritually into the person you

want to become. Through therapy, you will gain confidence in who you are

and find ways to move forward even when things are difficult.”
