More About Tiffany Raley
Tiffany, a master’s level therapist, has experience working with individuals of all ages who deal with anxiety, low self-esteem, identity development, life transitions, depression, interpersonal difficulties, and past trauma. She has a heart to see individuals and couples equipped to address the challenges of life and to live in a Christ-exalting, authentic, meaningful, and wholehearted way. She sees counseling as an avenue for individuals to process past events that are impacting their present life, develop self-awareness, and increase in skills that build resilience emotionally and spiritually.
Understanding that the approach in therapy should be unique to the needs
of the client, Tiffany seeks to utilize clinical treatments that take into consideration each client's interests, cultural backgrounds, and specific goals. Her goal is to create a safe environment which offers room to face challenges and find hope for the future.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys running, reading, hiking with her family, and enjoying coffee dates with her husband.
